Hi all, been using this USB pen tablet HUION H420 for online teaching for almost a year now. Although it is cheap (RM76), this drawing tablet very helpful to me whenever I am making an online class. However, last week, suddenly this tablet stopped working for some unknown reason after my kid uses it for drawing. Troubleshooting: Trying several things to solve the problem... 1) Change battery. still not working 2) uninstall the software and reinstall- still not working 3) change USB port location- not working 4) change USB cable - not working 5) replace pen tip - also not working 6) Follow some setting suggested from the internet - not working too and several other possible solutions from the internet and I am almost giving up. *Then found one Youtube video which suggests removal of the pen casing, to have access to the internal circuit.
