HONDA RS150 FUEL CONSUMPTION AT VARIOUS SPEED

Hi semua, selepas sebulan setengah menggunakan honda rs150r untuk ke tempat kerja...berikut dibawah yang dapat saya simpulkan dari segi kadar penggunaan petrol. data diambil menggunakan minyak ron95 dan mix city and inter-city riding. riding kadang-kadang rilex dan kadang aggressive dan ade beberapa trafik light di laluan tersebut. maka, halaju tidak tetap tetapi laju maksimum adalah seperti yang dinyatakan pada bacaan yang dinyatakan.  manakala, pemanduan di highway pula, halaju lebih tetap dan bacaan yang direkodkan di highway adalah semasa ke kuala lumpur. distance dari rumah ke tempat kerja adalah 82 km..jadi ,penting bagi saya untuk tahu, pada laju manakah yang paling baik supaya saya dapat pergi dan balik hanya dengan sekali isian sahaja.. berikut adalah bacaan rekod jarak kilometer melawan halaju bagi honda rs150r. HONDA RS150 MASALAH RPM TAK STABIL BILA DALAM KEDUDUKAN GEAR DAN CLUCTH DITARIK

Salam Sejahtera, bagi yang mempunyai Honda RS150R, mungkin pernah hadapi situasi dimana RPM menjadi turun dan naik dan tidak stabil bila di kedudukan bergear dan ketika clutch di Tarik. Rajah 1: Meter rpm akan turun dan naik bila masalah switch ini berlaku masalah ini disebabkan clutch switch yang tidak berfungsi ddengan baik dimana ianya tidak menendang keluar apabila clutch ditarik. MODENAS CT100: AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT. WHEN?

Modenas motorcycle, especially CT100 require air (oxygen) as part of combustion system. And clean oxygen will provide smooth combustion process in the engine.  Thus, air filter are common part installed in motorcycle to filter air before entering the engine for mixture with fuel. Good air filter will make sure that the engine able perform reliably, smoothly, without the feeling of hesitation. Figure 1: Air filter for CT100 share the same part with Kriss What Happen if Air Filter is Bad? Bad air filter will usually leads to loss of power, feeling of hesitation when throttle level is increased. Bad air filter ( such as dirty filter) usually caused not enough oxygen entering the combustion chamber during the combustion process.  This will lead to incomplete process of combustion. MISTRAL FAN MSF1648: FANS SLOWING DOWN OR NOT TURNING

common issue with the fan rotating slow or difficult to rotate was due to the dust build up inside fan of grease started drying. Or sometimes due to the broken or damage capacitor. 2-3 year sold fan usually have this kind of problem due to the capacitor reaching its end of life. Figure 1: Mistral MSF1649 Stand Fan Troubleshoot: In the Mistral MSF1648 fan case, after several check, it is found that capacitor is damaged (not able to hold enough charge)..Thus lead to slowing down in rotation. Why Capacitor Problem?: Usually, after some period of time, capacitor of the fan might not able to store enough electrical charge anymore in order to fan to rotate at optimum level. So, it is good practice to always have spare capacitor at your home just in case your to replace the capacitor of your fan. MODENAS CT100: SUDDEN DROP IN POWER WHEN AT FULL THROTTLE

Hi semua, Sejak  beberapa hari lepas, motosikal CT100 (Figure 1) mengalami masalah tiba2 drop-in-power. Masalah ni ni berlaku ketika  keadaan full throttle. Apabila dipandu pada kelajuan sederhana sehingga ke 90% pulasan pendikit, kuasa motosikal kebiasaanyya tiada masalah. Hanya ketika full throttle sahaja, kadang2 masalah loss in power ni muncul. Figure 1: Modenas CT100 Disebabkan motosikal ni digunakan utk perjalanan long distance ke tempat kerja, 82km sehala...oleh yg demikian, masalah ini perlu diselesaikan sesegera yang mungkin bagi mengelakkan masalah enjin mati di dlm perjalanan atau terkandas di tengah perjalanan. Troubleshooting the problem: Maka, sy ambil pendekatan untuk bertanya kepada beberapa mekanik. PROTON ISWARA LMST: ENGINE STARTER MOTOR REPLACEMENT

Hi, this work has been carried out 2 years ago. but, I just have time to write about it.. actually, the starter motor problem start when its took several time to crank the engine before engine able start. Figure 1: Starter motor Its became worst when it took longer for me to start the engine. And I am not able to crank the engine anymore after sometimes. Thats when I realised that my iswara LMST starter motor has gone dead.  Though, I still managed to start the car using jump start (this means that everything else is OK apart from starter motor problem) Below is how work is done.. you can save a lot by doing it yourself. Plus, will boost your confident and knowledge about your car. Symptom: 1) Took several time to crank the engine (if there is life left from starter) 2) Nothing happen when turning the key to ignition mode if battery is ok. 3) Car engine still working if jump start. so, means the starter motor has gone dead.

SHARP FAN PJS400: SLOWING DOWN OR NOT ABLE TO TURNING

Common issue with the fan slowing down or working was to the dust and grease started drying. And sometimes due to the damaged capacitor due to its age. Rarely due to the winding damage. Figure 2: Inside the back cover of fan. Too many dust Looks like the fan has not been clean for ages. Why Important to Clean Fan? Dust usually will caused more resistant to the rotation of fan rotor. This is due the dust entering the bearing and mix with grease. Therefore, it is important to have proper maintenance interval or cleaning the blade, front case and back of the fan at regular interval.. Cleaned Fan will have less friction to rotate, less resistance, thus, less energy to rotate and help reduce energy usage...although, it is not as significant. Extra note a

PROTON ISWARA LMST: HOW TO REPLACE GEAR BOX OIL FOR MANUAL TRANSMISSION

Hi, changing gearbox oil is quite an easy work for proton iswara lmst manual transmission. Figure 1: Proton Iswara LMST Usually, we need to replace gearbox oil for every 30000km, this is recommended distance.. However, in my case, I change my gearbox oil for every 2-3 engine oil change depending on how i drive the car.
