MERCEDES W203 C180K: FUEL PUMP REPLACEMENT

Its been several years now I am driving my Mercedes w203 with cranking difficulty in the engine.  Sometimes it starts at first try..sometimes, it took longer to start the engine. Still, it will crank at the end. This symptom causing me a lot of hassle, and stress... It took me many years to finally manage to really find the root cause of the problem. At one point, I just get used to the problem and live with it. Troubleshoot the Problem: Battery and spark plug has been changed a year ago...I also think fuel filter also is still good because it's just been replaced several years ago...  I suspect it must be a fuel pump or something related to the fuel system. Therefore, decided to purchase a fuel pump. and below work has been carried out to replace the fuel pump. Refer to below procedure 1. PROTON ISWARA LMST: BATTERY CABLE PROBLEM CAUSING DIFFICULT TO START

hi all, this is my Iswara LMST... Many times before, it causes me difficulty in starting the engine... Symptom: most of the time, when twisting the car key, there is nothing happen. just clicking sound, sometimes no sound at all. engine won't even crack... Troubleshooting upon asking many mechanic..they said, it might be because of the battery starter cable. got its own name..but not sure what it is..(if you happen to know it..let me know in the comment below)... once knew the problem. repair work can be done. Part: purchase cable part..it is cheap..like RM5 -RM10 only from the spare part store. bring your own part to show. Procedure 1) part on the level surface. 2) secure the car 3) remove the old cable from the battery (shown in the figure) 4) replace with a new cable 5) reset the car and start the engine to check. MERCEDES W203 C180K: REAR AIRCON VENT ON/OFF CONTROLLER GET STUCK INSIDE?

The problem with rear AC vent can be annoying because it will cause an uncomfortable feeling to every rear passenger on the back.  The problem becomes significant when in the long journey, especially with the hot climate county like here in Malaysia.  The problem is when AC vent twist wheel control gets stuck inside due to wear and tear. o One quick fix is to buy the replacement part and change it. another way is to fix it. However, fixing it will require some of your time and passion, but you will save a lot of money on the part here is what I did to solve it. Tools: 1) screwdriver 3 variation small to big 2) clean towel Procedures: 1) Lift up the middle storage compartment and locate two small rectangle hole as in the picture 2) Push two hidden lock to release the middle storage cover (two circles in the picture above). MERCEDES W203 C180K: POWER STEERING FLUID CHANGE. HOW?

Our vehicle power steering system is one of the most important parts of vehicle operation, apart from engine and transmission. damage in the power steering system could lead to difficulty in operating our vehicle. Therefore, it is important to maintain interval service to our power steering system. These include check-in fluid level, belting, rubber connector, and fluid replacement for every 2-3 years.
