After doing some research and reading various forums, we discovered that the problem is very likely related to the transmission conductor plate — a common issue for the W203 models equipped with the M271 engine and 722.6 automatic transmission . ⚙️ My Experience Salam, In my case, the issue started when I accidentally over-torqued one of the screws on the conductor plate connector, causing it to break. hi all this problem happens several years ago on my Mercedes w203 c180k at 250000+ km and  hasn't had time to fix it.. but, several weeks ago managed to find its part on the internet and purchased it.  and managed to fix it today. PROBLEM AND SYMPTOM no effect at all on the engine and performance. but, it will give clicking sound and noise when shifting the gear. Hi all, Mercedes W203 brake fluid must be refreshed every 2 years or 30000km to maintained the brake system in perfect condition and safe manner.  That's what I did to my car to prevent any damage to brake hydraulic and systems. Recommended Service Interval: 2 years or 30000 to 40000 km Tools: 1) Jack 2) Spanner 3) Jack Stand 4) Fluid suction tool 5) tube and a small bottle for bleeding work Parts: 1) Mercedes brake fluid dot 4+ (part no:  A 000 989 08 07 xx ) Procedure: 1) Park the car on the level surface. secure both from and rear wheels for safety purposes. 2) Extract all brake fluid in the fluid reservoir. 3) Fill the reservoir with the new brake fluid till max level. 4) work on bleeding the brake fluid on both front wheels first. Lift the front car, adding jack-stand, and secure the wheel safely. Then bleed the brake system by pumping the brake pedal..refill the reservoir again if the fluid level is too low. ...

Transmission is an important component in vehicle movement. Without the transmission, more unnecessary stress will be imposed on the vehicle engine. Why Need Transmission (Gearing) System This was because more torque is required when the vehicle at standstill,  thus require high torque gearing. Changing battery for C180K is quite an easy work.. In my case, my 14 years old battery are suddenly dead. Although, I managed to strecth its life beyond its normal life cycle, but, it is time to replace that battery. Its not able to provide enough current anymore to crank the engine. Though, still work for smaller engine. There is no specific procedure in doing this procedure..however, you might loss the setting in the car unless we have additional backup battery when doing replacement procedure. In my case, i dont have backup battery, so, i have to accept losing my setting.
