NOKIA 5.4 NOT CHARGING BECAUSE OF USB-C PORT PROBLEM [COMMON ISSUE / design fault]

If you guys having a problem with charging your Nokia mobile phone..then you are might be the same like me...Problem with charging the nokia 5.4 mobile phone....

WHAT HAPPEN?

Just a week ago my wife complaint that her phone not able to charge when connected to usb supply. She trying several time charging her phone..change the usb cable, trying different dc charger, cleaning the usb port connector..at the end, all the option not working. Finally, once battery is exhausted, the phone dead

This Nokia 5.4 phone just 6 months old, so, can be considered an meansalmost new phone. Charging problem just happened so suddenly, which mean, she is not able to backup all the data..leaving all her important data in the dead Nokia 5.4 phone.

USB CHARGING PORT ISSUE

When searching on the internet regarding this issue, we noticed that this is a common problem for Nokia phone. Most issue are focused on the charging problem due to the non-fitted size of usb port. This issue will cause some excessive play on the usb cable when connecting to USB port, which might lead to damage the USB on the usb pin connector.

Once the damage happened to the usb port connector, it cannot be reversed anymore and replacement boards are required. This is what happened to our Nokia 5.4.

If your Nokia phone still working, still able to charge, then please take extra careful measures to prevent this issue to happen to your phone. Please find the temporary solution on the internet.

problem with the USB port design which is not tight enough, leaving some play (movement) when connected to usb cable. This issue, in the long term will lead to damage to usb port.

SOLUTION?

In order to access the charging board, the back case of Nokia 5.4 need to be removed. The manual or guide on how to remove back casing can be found online.the

Disassemble tools

Using the tools (in the figure above) to remove/disassemble back casing of the nokia 5.4, can be observe that usb-c connector pin shows some sign of the damaged (figure below)

The picture USB below shows usb port damage and a new USB charging port. The replacement part has been purchased immediately once the culprit behind the problem is confirmed.

New parts from online retailers cost me around RM18.90 with free shipping. and after replacing the USB charging board, my wife's phone works like new again.

HONDA RS150 TPS: RPM TAK STABIL BILA NOT ON THROTTLE DAN PENYELESAIANNYA

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera Isu TPS ni berlaku pada tahun lepas, Ogos 2020 (milage dalam 24000km, baru dua tahun pakai) sewaktu saya on the way ke KL Masa tu tunggang motor full throttle yang menyebabkan RPM nya selalu mencecah ke CUT-OFF (utk makluman, honda RS150 saya ni tak guna ECU custom, masih guna yang standard). Jadi saya perasan, bila selalu tunggang pada RPM yang sampai CUTT-OFF, ini menyebabkan kesan tak baik pada TPS..jadi utk yang belum jadi problem TPS ni..boleh la cepat ganti ECU ke ECU yang tanpa cutoff. APA TU TPS? TPS bermaksud Throttle positioning sensor..bahasa mudahnya alat ni bertujuan untuk mengesan kedudukan throttle body valve dimana udara masuk ke enjin untuk pembakaran. Dengan itu, baru la ECU tahu berapa banyak bahan bakar yang perlu utk pembakaran berdasarkan bukaan valve tu. HONDA RS150 IACV: IACV PROBLEM? RPM NAIK TINGGI BILA HIDUPKAN ENJIN?

Hi semua, Salam sejahtera Masalah IACV saya berlaku selepas isu TPS wujud di milage 24000+km..kemungkinan kedua2nya ini saling berkait. Masalah IACV hadir ketika saya on the way balik semula ke Johor, ketika bahan bakar berkurang dari tangki moto. Hi all, this is based on the guide book supplied with your motorcycle when you purchased your motorcycle.
