hi all, fuel filter needs to be changed at 40000km to 50000km interval. these especially apply for w203 used in Malaysia climate which is hot and high humidity. the normal cost for bosch replacement fuel filter for w203 is around RM110+ and doing replacement at the independent Mercedes service center will cost more than double the filter price alone. Let alone, doing replacement at Mercedes center which will cost hefty lots of monies. So, able to replace the fuel filter on our own will save a lot of money, while at the same time we can do another extra routine check and service with that extra money. Thus, it will longer car life. Below are the steps are taken to replace the fuel filter. 1. Get the correct fuel filter for your model and also clamps. 2. From October 2009, till now, I have fixed (maybe some of it cannot be called real repair) my Macbook countless of times on my own. These includes replace the screen due to the cracked, changing/repalced my hard drive many times, replace and also upgrade memory RAM, and most of it are the Magsafe charger. Power supply detail: ADP-60AD 60W P Supply Use for Macbook white late 2009 I am not sure why, but, my magsafe always have thermal dissipation problem and generate heat more than it should when in use. Magnetic connector that attached to the Macbook  get warmer/hotter when I am charging for hours during the longer usage. THIS IS STEP BY STEP HOW TO CHANGE THE REAR BRAKE PAD FOR MERCEDES-BENZ W203 C180 KOMPRESSOR FACELIFT MODEL. IT IS VERY EASY JOB. IT IS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. FIRST YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED. 1)flat screw driver (Fig 3) 2)hammer and nail (Fig 3) 3)new rear brake pad (fig 1). 4)brake cleaner 5)clamp 6)2 ton jack (Fig 2) 7)brush 8)anti-seize THEN, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS; 1) remove/install wheel, rotate if necessary (Fig 3) 2) using nail and hammer, hammer out the retaining pin and remove retaining spring (Fig 4, Fig 5) 3)using flat screw driver, pull/push the brake pad outward to release the brake piston pressure (fig 6). 3) pull brake pads out of brake caliper. 4) check brake thickness and brake disk and inspect the condition, replace if necessary, 5) clean the contact surface of brake caliper using brush 6) and install new brake pad in reverse order. Hi, Peace upon you all. This afternoon, my wife's food processor Kenwood km280 suddenly dead..she planned to prepare Dorayaki for us all, to eat in the evening. Fig 1: Kenwood KM280 mixer/food processor Unfortunately, after pours mix all the ingredient into the bowl, switch On the main plug and adjust switch knob to no 1 speed, nothing happens. After many tried, after referring to the manual that comes with this food processor (KM280), she gives up and asks me to do something about it. The first step to troubleshoot the problem is to check the power from the main plug and also the fuse. The outcomes are all well and working fine. Second, check the internal connection and gearing, visually. the reason is to make sure no visible damage to the cable and gearing. This will require disassembly of the top cover. Hi, its has been 3 years that my acer aspire idea 500 power supply broken (not working). since the replacement power supply is difficult to find in here (Malaysia), I have to modified the supply cable on the connector to match my aspire idea power supply (PS). old bulky PS aspire idea with old PS which sits outside my media center  the original replacement is about £50 now at UK..While, here in my home country, no chance to find it. so, I have to find alternative way to make my idea 500 working.  one way was to use old power supply (twice the size of its original PS) and rearrange it cables to PS connector to suit the idea 500 supply.
